Marine Turbo has stock and supply of genuine OEM parts for all major makes.

We have warranted turbo exchange units to Lloyds standards for all major makes. This can be for individual components such as compressors or for complete turbocharger units.

Turbocharger Cartridge assemblies can be supplied on an exchange basis or outright sale basis with warranty from our international workshop warehouse stocking locations based in UK, Panama, Singapore and Dubai. The manufacturers models suitable include the following MAN NR, NRS, TCR: PBS turbo NRS, PTR, TCR: ABB RR, VTC, TPS, TPL: MET SR, SRC: KBB R, HPR, ST: IHI RH, AT: Napier SA and NA 5-7 series and NT types.

Complete rotor assemblies and casings are available either new or remanufactured, with classification certification where required and with a minimum 12 month warranty. We also recommend changing the cover / shroud rings along with nozzle rings.

All repairs are given a full warranty and the company always insures its products for public and product liability with a worldwide cover.

All classification societies are catered for with regular viewings by surveyors providing certificated approval for Lloyds, DNV, ABS & GL amongst others.

We always recommend that a spare maintenance consumable kit with bearings be kept with the running engine along with a spare rotor assembly, cover ring and nozzle ring to prevent costly delivery delays from manufacturers in time of failure. This practice also saves costly logistics and import charges in times of emergency service attendance.
