Marine Turbo is committed to reducing our environmental footprint to help protect the planet’s natural resources for future generations. Climate change is one of the greatest environmental challenges facing the world, and evolving scientific evidence shows we need to move quickly.

A turbocharging system is a sustainable element of modern shipping.  It can help to lower CO2 emissions and increase the fuel economy of an engine.  Regular servicing and the use of reconditioned parts help conserve energy and in turn save on the overuse of the earth’s precious raw materials and protect our seas.

We try to continually improve our environmental performance wherever practical and prevent pollution. We aim to make the most efficient and effective use of all resources, encouraging our teams to develop a sustainable approach to their work.  We reduce and reuse where possible.

We are always looking for new ways to improve our environmental impact and will continue to review this on a regular basis to reduce our carbon footprint and educate our staff accordingly through training.
